Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • •Drive category sales through sell-through, team training for the assigned category, and partnerships on the selling floor.
  • •Lead and coach a customer-facing team, manage customer flow, and ensure every customer receives the full Burberry Experience.
  • •Coach “in the moment” after transactions and interactions, and support development through monthly plans and annual reviews.
