Key Responsibilities

•Develop and detail the design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems.
•Work with antenna and radome manufacturing suppliers to ensure design feasibility and quality.
•Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance to requirements.
•Contribute to defining and refining requirements for validating hardware compliance and supporting government programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including experience contributing to antenna or radome designs through concept trades/studies, preliminary design, final design, and qualification.
•Experience with antenna or radome simulation and modeling using HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, and/or GRASP.
•Experience with antenna, radome, or sensor measurements within near or far-field systems.
•Ability to obtain interim U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date and the ability to obtain special program access after start.
•Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience plus strong communication and project execution skills
