Job Summary

Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for Northern Trust’s Coupa Source-to-Pay platform, serving as product owner for core capabilities like Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, and Reporting. Manage a team of Coupa functional analysts and support resources to deliver platform enhancements, production support, integrations, and continuous improvement. Partner across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Risk, Technology, and stakeholders to optimize processes, improve user experience, and ensure operational health and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Coupa product strategy, roadmap, enhancement portfolio, and long-term platform vision for Source-to-Pay capabilities.
•Act as product owner for Coupa Source-to-Pay functions, including demand intake, prioritization, backlog management, and related functionality.
•Lead and develop a team of Coupa analysts and support professionals, setting priorities, objectives, and resource plans to deliver enhancements and releases.
•Provide highest-level escalation for functional, configuration, process, and integration issues; drive incident management, root cause analysis, and production stability.
•Oversee platform governance, security, data quality, controls, and compliance; support audits and ensure training and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
•10+ years supporting procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, or enterprise business systems.
•7+ years of hands-on Coupa experience, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and production support.
•3+ years leading or managing teams supporting enterprise applications.
•Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes (Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Accounts Payable).
