Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue by leading strategic conversations with SMB clients and creating scalable sales propositions using internal and external data.
•Develop deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
•Optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance for small and medium clients using programmatic, scalable approaches.
•Establish and strengthen client relationships focused on advertiser education, advertiser satisfaction, and account growth.
•Support and empower peers as they learn, and liaise with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the marketing/social media/advertising industry with strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
•Fluency in Romanian and English with excellent communication skills.
•Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business.
•Critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.
•Team-working skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
