Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native ECM solutions for an IBM FileNet P8 and Business Automation Workflow (BAW 24.x) platform. Build secure, scalable Java services, translate requirements into modern integrations, and support production uptime and rapid issue resolution. Collaborate with ECM analysts and architects, deliver technical demos, and participate in CI/CD and vulnerability-free development. Planned migration includes IBM CP4BA on Red Hat OpenShift 4.x using AWS ROSA.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain complex Java applications and mission-critical service layers for the ECM platform.
•Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions and ensure vulnerability-free implementation.
•Deliver and support production-first engineering with focus on uptime, scalability, and rapid issue resolution.
•Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
•Provide technical demos and presentations, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise ECM development using IBM FileNet and Java/J2EE.
•Expert-level experience with IBM FileNet P8 APIs (Content Engine, Process Engine).
•Proven customization of ICN 3.x+ and ICM 5.x using the Dojo framework.
•Strong experience designing and deploying BAW 24.x solutions.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based automated build/deploy tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
