Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick golf balls across all areas of the field at regular intervals using the buggy and ball picking/vacuum equipment.
  • •Retrieve golf balls from targets, monitor for jams, and clear jammed balls from the baffle box.
  • •Wash and segregate balls using the ball washer and raptor, load balls into soaker with correct water/detergent ratio, and transfer balls to upper-floor hoppers.
  • •Fill rolling thunder and bay ball dispensers up to the limit line and ensure all locks are secured; record faulty balls in the record book.
  • •Perform regular field grooming and lubrication of target augers, inspect equipment for safe operation, and report discrepancies; follow safety and IT security procedures.
