Key Responsibilities

  • •Own NPI program plans for new LV and MV product introductions, including stage gates, deliverables, and go/no-go criteria for production release.
  • •Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and challenge labor content, part count, standardization, and line compatibility.
  • •Coordinate certification and listing activities (UL, ANSI/IEEE, seismic, arc-resistant), including test lab scheduling, sample builds, and documentation.
  • •Develop production readiness packages: routings, work instructions, station layouts, tooling/fixture requirements, test procedures, and quality inspection criteria.
  • •Lead pilot builds and corrective actions, qualify new components and suppliers with supply chain, and manage risks and status reporting for program dashboards and PMO leadership.

Key Requirements
