Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and build content understanding models for content moderation.
  • •Develop state-of-the-art content understanding approaches including unimodal/multimodal classifiers, graph models, representation learning, and LLM-based techniques.
  • •Partner with product teams to define business objectives and improve trust and safety strategy.
  • •Work with engineering teams to deploy models, design online model workflows, and implement large-scale serving pipelines.
  • •Collaborate with data scientists to identify key challenges and propose data-driven strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • •Hands-on experience with machine learning methods such as CV, NLP, multimodal, graph, or LLM; plus statistical models and applied mathematics.
  • •Strong coding skills, especially in Python and similar languages.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, engineering teams, and data scientists with good communication and teamwork.
  • •Experience developing online ML systems, including ranking and retrieval.
