Job Summary

Develop and enhance pension scheme asset/liability modelling and risk management software for client retirement decisions. Work with the Risk & Modelling development team to define requirements, write code, test and review changes, and troubleshoot issues. Provide technical support to retirement and investment consulting teams while improving modelling techniques and staying up to date with emerging technology and industry developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop Risk Analyzer/RATE and Aon pension scheme asset/liability modelling and risk management software.
•Own end-to-end delivery: define requirements, perform code development, test, and review changes.
•Provide technical support to client teams across retirement and investment pension scheme consulting and troubleshooting.
•Maintain and improve modelling techniques to sustain market position.
•Stay abreast of emerging technology and industry developments to support new initiatives.

Key Requirements

•2+ years actuarial or quantitative analyst experience working with financial modelling software, ideally in pensions or insurance.
•Coding experience, ideally in C#.
•Experience with source control (Git, TFS) and deployment tools (AzureDevOps, GitHub).
•Strong mathematical literacy with understanding of algorithms and flow control for quantitative modelling and analysis.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high integrity/professional standards.
