Job Summary

Lead and quality-assure school operations at Rabdan Charter School, ensuring a safe, orderly learning environment. Key Responsibilities

•Direct and quality-assure staff and student activities, maintaining a safe, orderly, and smooth learning environment.
•Support and administer the annual school assessment and monitoring master schedule with the SLT and department leaders.
•Collaborate with the Principal and Vice Principal to supervise and evaluate teachers, supervisors, and curriculum support staff.
•Provide leadership in screening and interviewing applicants, including non-teaching roles, and recommend candidates for interviews.
•Implement student achievement improvement efforts (school development plans, standardized testing, remediation, and data reporting), including directing MAP/Exact Path and managing assessment and record-archiving processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education or B.Sc with PGCE (essential), with a desirable Master’s degree.
•At least 6 years’ experience, including 4 consecutive years of teaching performance exceeding standards.
•At least 2 years’ experience in a middle leadership role.
•Experience leading school initiatives that improved standards and student achievement.
•Experience working with parents and external agencies.
