Key Responsibilities

  • •People lead the AUP team: hire, develop, and manage specialists and related administrative activities (e.g., scheduling, interviewing).
  • •Ensure AUP compliance by reviewing, applying, and mitigating risks tied to customer types, control changes, and policy scope.
  • •Conduct risk evaluation for control changes in systems, processes, or projects and recommend mitigations aligned to policies and regulations.
  • •Develop proposals for 2LOD/Compliance oversight, clearly outlining risks, benefits, and impact on control mechanisms.
  • •Manage operational processes, training, documentation, KPIs/SLAs, and coordinate with product, compliance, and other financial crime operational teams to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,200,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience working in the financial sector, preferably in risk or compliance within a FinTech environment.
  • •Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and KYC/AML procedures for financial products and services.
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to manage team KPIs and metrics.
  • •Experience leading a team internationally and remotely, with strong ownership over operational management and people leadership.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher and familiarity with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
