Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial responsibility for total service delivery and commercial success in Food and Logistics, including margin and customer retention.
  • •Translate commercial and business strategy into a commercial plan focused on retention, expansion, and acquisition opportunities, leading execution with your team.
  • •Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (including industry associations) and develop strategic partnerships to strengthen Aon’s position.
  • •Analyze customer needs and translate them into relevant innovative service offerings.
  • •Implement Aon’s uniform account management practices and ensure effective coordination across solution lines to deliver “All of Aon” to the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a commercial end-responsible leader in the insurance industry.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience in the Food & Logistics sector and/or affinity for food production and logistics dynamics.
  • •Ability to operate with clients and internally at strategic and tactical levels, using consultative selling skills.
  • •Experience leading and coaching professionals.
  • •Strong relationship management (networking, inspiring) and a customer-focused, connecting mindset.
