Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead engineering new product development projects, managing risks and coordinating cross-functional activities for complex, high-capital-spend initiatives.
  • •Lead a product sub-category and manage category risks across multiple high-complexity projects.
  • •Monitor portfolio and sub-category KPIs (e.g., Agility, Product Cost, Capital Spending, CTQs), identify non-conformance, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • •Develop and implement mitigation plans for identified project risks, ensuring dependencies and critical paths are identified and communicated.
  • •Support program financial health by developing and monitoring P&L and key drivers with Product Management, and prepare status updates and risk/recovery plans for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in engineering product development.
  • •5+ years in engineering product development or program management for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing product development (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field.
  • •Strong communication with demonstrated history of effective upward communication.
  • •Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration and demonstrating personnel management skills to lead cross-functional teams, including executive leadership.
