Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an HR partner to the site, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Drive HR excellence across direct and matrixed teams to deliver high-quality HR services and support.
  • •Partner with operations leaders to support a safe, productive manufacturing environment through staffing, attendance management, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage employee relations matters, support engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies and labor requirements, and foster inclusion and workplace respect.
  • •Support and execute talent strategy, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development.

Key Requirements
