Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a full recruiting desk covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical roles.
  • •Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
  • •Source and screen candidates, recommend top talent for interviews, and build candidate pipelines.
  • •Coordinate candidate experience: give tours, organize onsite flow, and attend interviews with client groups.
  • •Manage HR onboarding steps after approval, including initiating background/reference checks, negotiating offer packages, and issuing new hire paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience as a recruiter, or associate degree with 6+ years, or 7+ years of recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and/or aerospace engineers.
  • •Experience with high volume and full life cycle recruiting (screening, facilitating interviews, extending offers).
  • •Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and top 5% of talent and recommend candidates for interviews.
