Key Responsibilities

•Assist clients with transaction services and provide solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
•Deliver financial solutions using Independent Bank products and services and demonstrate basic framework knowledge of accounts.
•Utilize available technology to perform daily tasks and fluently demonstrate digital products to assist clients with navigation.
•Open new accounts and increase client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-through.
•For higher levels: take consumer loan applications, originate and close consumer loans, and handle advanced branch operations tasks (e.g., vault, ATM duties, cash items, debit/credit card disputes, and wire transfers).
