Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and content tagging across social and editorial channels with accurate, consistent, on-brand delivery.
  • •Maintain the social and editorial content calendar in collaboration with the wider team.
  • •Handle channel housekeeping across platforms (icons, bios, links, pinned posts, story highlights, descriptions) to reflect current campaigns and trading periods.
  • •Assist with comms plans and support delivery of brand campaigns and always-on franchises by briefing creative teams, agencies, and talent.
  • •Monitor social performance metrics and flag learnings; help improve formats, captions, hooks, and posting approaches based on data.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years’ experience in a social media or content role, ideally in fashion, retail, or a fast-paced brand environment.
  • •Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and how content performs differently across them.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting campaign and always-on social activity, including talent-led and partner brand work.
  • •Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, briefs, and deadlines without losing quality.
  • •Data-savvy mindset, comfortable using performance insights to inform decisions and improve output.
