Job Summary

Lead and deliver Workday PSA workstreams in a global, complex organization. Own solution design and configuration, ensure alignment with global standards, drive end-to-end enhancements, and collaborate with Finance, HCM, integrations and reporting teams. Stay current on Workday PSA features and AI/RPA opportunities, guiding users toward best practices and scalable, cross-functional solutions across WPP’s global markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead PSA workstreams, owning solution design, configuration quality, and delivery against business requirements within Workday
•Review configuration and deliverables to ensure alignment with global design standards and architectural principles
•Drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements, from concept through deployment, resolving complex functional and design challenges
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HCM, integrations, reporting) to ensure cohesive, end-to-end solutions
•Maintain expertise on new functionality/features/capabilities in Workday and wider industry/PSA/technology trends

Key Requirements

•Global ERP support experience in a complex organization with ability to manage workload and prioritise to meet customer expectations
•Strong understanding of professional services processes (Project Accounting, CPQ, P2P, O2C, Billing Schedule, Revenue Schedule, Resource Management); Workday PSA experience a bonus
•Ability to inspire, engage, and coach a diverse team and foster an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries
•Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and the wider business, understanding needs and breaking down silos or resistance to deliver outcomes
•Strong technical knowledge of integrations with Workday and creative problem-solving skills
