Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and communicate technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
  • •Oversee the engineering technology project portfolio to ensure New Technology projects meet business priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with corporate engineering teams to direct technology development through the roadmaps.
  • •Promote robust design processes and coach teams in DFMEA, FRACAS, Design for Reliability, Design for Manufacturing, DVP&R, and documentation review.
  • •Mentor and develop engineering teams, lead design review processes with SMEs, and partner with Quality/AQP on rigorous technical standards and root cause analysis.
  • •Champion continuous improvement in engineering tools, processes, and systems.
