Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for the Airside product portfolio, ensuring robust, reliable designs and engineering delivery quality. Own and communicate technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy, oversee the engineering technology project portfolio, and guide new technology and Engineer-to-Order efforts into new product development. Partner across corporate engineering and Advanced Quality Planning to drive rigorous design reviews, enforce design integrity methods, mentor engineering teams, and support modeling and simulation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and communicate technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
•Oversee the engineering technology project portfolio to ensure New Technology projects meet business priorities and deliver outcomes.
•Collaborate with corporate engineering teams to direct technology development through the roadmaps.
•Promote robust design processes and coach teams in DFMEA, FRACAS, Design for Reliability, Design for Manufacturing, DVP&R, and documentation review.
•Mentor and develop engineering teams, lead design review processes with SMEs, and partner with Quality/AQP on rigorous technical standards and root cause analysis.
•Champion continuous improvement in engineering tools, processes, and systems.

•Lead through influence, building trust and alignment across diverse teams.
•Strong technical communication skills across organizational levels.
•Experience developing and managing Intellectual Property.
