Branch Leader- Annapolis Area

Lead all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and management while building business via small business expertise and Mass Affluent growth. Execute branch revenue strategy through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, and oversee human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, reviews, and counseling. May also be cross-trained to assist with teller transactions.
