Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior project managers across active task orders with planning, scheduling, procurement coordination, quality, and risk from initiation through closeout.
  • •Maintain site-level risk registers and change control logs, ensure each entry has an owner and mitigation, and prepare inputs for weekly program risk reviews.
  • •Track progress against approved baselines, report status and variances, and draft corrective action plans for review.
  • •Support deliverable reviews and phase-gate checkpoints by coordinating technical reviewers, tracking comments to closure, and confirming deliverables meet contract requirements.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation and support transition of project data into the program’s systems, including Power BI and Kahua.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • •Two or more years supporting projects in a federal, infrastructure, facilities, or construction environment; federal programs with multiple task orders preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of schedule, risk, and change control fundamentals and ability to apply them without detailed direction.
  • •Ability to read technical drawings and specifications to support deliverable and site reviews.
  • •Strong written communication to translate field and technical information into clear status for leadership.
