Own the accelerator software for the transformer-specific Sohu ASIC, working across ASIC firmware, microcontroller firmware, and host-side kernel/drivers. Key Responsibilities

•Own the accelerator software across ASIC firmware, microcontroller firmware, and host-side kernel/drivers, ensuring correct initialization, power management, and data transfer paths.
•Collaborate with ASIC, platform, and host teams to bring the chip from powered-off state to a responsive, production-ready device.
•Develop and validate on-die software, on-chip applications, and IO drivers, focusing on high performance and low latency.
•Design and refine host-side kernels and drivers to expose the accelerator as a programmable device within the inference stack.
•Contribute across three domains (ASIC software, platform software, host-side kernel) and broaden expertise as the team grows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
