  • •Manage performance casework end to end, including documentation, timeline tracking, prepping talking points, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • •Own and improve operational processes managers and People Partners depend on, including outside business activity requests and reorg processing.
  • •Build, maintain, and improve manager resources and documentation so they remain useful and current.
  • •Partner with Leadership Design on manager enablement programs like the performance cycle, handling logistics, content, and delivery.
  • •Pull and compile reports and data for sensitive personnel matters and maintain tracking systems for casework and enablement initiatives.
