Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with account teams to support cloud opportunities, ensuring lasting customer success through Linode service adoption and client engagement.
  • •Analyze and break down application components to create scalable, efficient solutions using modern cloud technologies.
  • •Facilitate the design and implementation of Akamai Compute Solutions, service-oriented architectures, APIs, and web services to address complex enterprise challenges.
  • •Provide guidance on strategic and technical cloud transformations with a focus on implementation and delivering valuable application outcomes.
  • •Partner across Akamai cloud compute, security, and delivery technology stacks, and establish technical thought leadership in cloud computing.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 10 years of experience in cloud-based applications across architecture, implementation, and strategy in large-scale systems.
  • •A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Expertise architecting complex IaaS solutions with relevant AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.
  • •Experience with cloud domains including IaaS, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and open-source tools such as Kafka, Redis, and ELK stack.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating technical content to varied audiences.
