Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operational activities of assigned clinical practice areas to ensure safe, efficient service delivery aligned with agreed standards.
  • •Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, waiting times, and clinic utilization; implement improvements to optimize service delivery and throughput.
  • •Provide line management to administrative and operational staff, including workforce planning, rostering, leave management, and staffing/skill mix deployment.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point for complex patient concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a compassionate patient and family experience.
  • •Support operational strategy and service line expansion, contribute to commissioning new practice sites/satellite clinics readiness, maintain safety/quality/governance (including KPIs), and manage operational budgets and variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related clinical/management discipline; Master’s degree desirable.
  • •At least five years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, nursing, or practice management in an acute or primary care setting (ideally within the UAE or comparable international environment).
  • •Sound knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory frameworks, including DHA licensing, patient rights legislation, and clinical governance requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of JCI accreditation standards and their application in a private hospital or outpatient setting.
  • •Competence in budget management, financial reporting, and resource planning.
