Job Summary

Support the Marketing Intelligence, Data, and Strategy team by conducting market and competitive research and synthesizing insights into actionable intelligence for Product, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and executives. Build and maintain centralized commercial enablement resources, using BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) to create visual reports and client-facing deliverables. Maintain reporting and dashboards, assist with primary/secondary research, and present findings including to C-level stakeholders.

•Gather data from internal/external sources to compile market intelligence briefings, including customer profiles, buyer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
•Conduct market and competitive intelligence research and benchmarking across customer technology segments, including support for primary research.
•Develop, maintain, and improve centralized commercial enablement resources covering offerings, packaging, pricing, implementation, and entitlements.
•Create and share visual insights using business intelligence tools and collaborate on client-facing reports, newsletters, and infographics.
•Maintain and improve databases and analytics assets by implementing processes, reports, dashboards, and analytic projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, consulting, or analytics roles.
•Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, including manipulating large datasets.
•Preference for working knowledge of SQL and analytics/curation tools such as R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
•Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research with strong synthesis skills.
•Exceptional communication skills and ability to give a 15-minute presentation.
