Key Responsibilities

  • •Own commercial contracts end-to-end for an assigned customer segment, including redlining, negotiation, and closing from routine agreements to due diligence questionnaires.
  • •Provide revenue-generating legal ownership where contracts and compliance sit together under this role, managing both the paper and risk calls.
  • •Act as the legal point of contact for Revenue, Customer and Retention by fielding legal, regulatory, and compliance questions directly.
  • •Support Product on GDPR compliance, contributing significantly in early months and transitioning work as a dedicated privacy function develops.
  • •Handle ad hoc legal work as needed, including HR and employment matters, corporate work, and company secretarial (Co SEC) support.

  • •Qualified lawyer with roughly 2+ years’ PQE, trained at a well-regarded firm, looking to move in-house.
