•Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning, and collaborate with Product to empower cross-functional teams focused on outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume ad-tech infrastructure, while balancing feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tools to improve delivery velocity and code quality.
