•Lead and manage dredging operations for capital dredging, maintenance dredging, reclamation, beach nourishment, breakwater, and port development projects.
•Develop and implement project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate deployment and utilization of dredgers, support vessels, floating equipment, and plant.
•Monitor daily production, project progress, and operational performance to achieve project targets.
•Ensure compliance with specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, HSE policies, environmental regulations, and marine safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Master's degree is an advantage.
•Strong leadership and people management skills.
•Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management capabilities.
•Sound knowledge of dredging methodologies and marine construction techniques.
