Job Summary

Own partner-led growth across the MEA region by building and managing channel partner, reseller, and alliance ecosystems for BytePlus AI image and video solutions. Recruit and enable new partners (agencies, SIs, media firms, and cloud providers), drive co-selling into enterprise and public-sector accounts, position ByteDance AI models against traditional workflows, and ensure pipeline creation and revenue performance through established and new routes to market.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate adoption of AI image and video solutions.
•Identify, recruit, and enable new partners (agencies, System Integrators, media firms, cloud providers) so they can sell BytePlus solutions.
•Lead co-selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public-sector accounts to open new business relationships and drive partner-led revenue.
•Position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production workflows.
•Own pipeline creation and revenue growth to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new routes to market.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record in B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management, including building new routes to market from the ground up.
•Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions, with Generative AI (GenAI) experience considered a significant asset.
•Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority within complex, ecosystem-driven sales models.
•Experience selling through partner networks into enterprise, government, startup, or AI-native business environments.
•Deep familiarity with AI, media, advertising, or MarTech ecosystems.
