Job Summary

Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. Own AI/GenAI architecture aligned to business objectives, develop and validate models (including LLMs and agentic systems), and build scalable ML pipelines with MLOps/AIOps. Implement responsible AI guardrails, monitoring, and governance, while partnering with value streams, product teams, and compliance stakeholders to drive adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures that support scalability, real-time inference, and model governance.
•Develop, train, and validate ML models using advanced techniques (including LLMs and agentic systems), and run rigorous experimentation and statistical validation.
•Build production-grade ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows using AIOps/MLOps.
•Implement AI guardrails and responsible AI practices, including compliance controls for fairness, explainability, and regulatory requirements.
•Establish monitoring and governance for model performance and data drift, manage model versioning/approval/retirement, and coordinate stakeholder communication and documentation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience in end-to-end AI/ML engineering or AI/ML architecture design.
•Delivered 3+ ML/AI solutions to production, preferably in enterprise or financial services environments.
•Experience deploying GenAI/LLMs via integrations with tools such as OpenAI GPT models, Google Gemini, and Mistral, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
•Strong Python proficiency and experience building modular, maintainable ML systems; hands-on API development using FastAPI.
•Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), with multi-cloud capability and production monitoring/governance.
