Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures that support scalability, real-time inference, and model governance.
  • •Develop, train, and validate ML models using advanced techniques (including LLMs and agentic systems), and run rigorous experimentation and statistical validation.
  • •Build production-grade ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows using AIOps/MLOps.
  • •Implement AI guardrails and responsible AI practices, including compliance controls for fairness, explainability, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Establish monitoring and governance for model performance and data drift, manage model versioning/approval/retirement, and coordinate stakeholder communication and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in end-to-end AI/ML engineering or AI/ML architecture design.
  • •Delivered 3+ ML/AI solutions to production, preferably in enterprise or financial services environments.
  • •Experience deploying GenAI/LLMs via integrations with tools such as OpenAI GPT models, Google Gemini, and Mistral, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
  • •Strong Python proficiency and experience building modular, maintainable ML systems; hands-on API development using FastAPI.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), with multi-cloud capability and production monitoring/governance.
