Job Summary

Develop and deliver customer engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform for national and international clients, primarily in Telco and Media. Lead clients through solution definition and digital transformation, design reusable best-practice implementations, and implement and deploy new features using Agile (and also hybrid or Waterfall) methodologies. Work with functional and technical elements of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide clients in defining solutions aligned with their needs and support digital transformation and/or innovation.
•Design customer engagement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform using product standard best practices for reuse.
•Implement and deploy new functionality as part of projects.
•Work within Agile, hybrid or Waterfall project methodologies.
•Contribute as part of a development team on projects for large national and international clients in Telco and Media.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Pages, and Microsoft PVA.
•Proven knowledge of functional and technical elements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform components.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product family.
•Preferred: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform cloud project experience and relevant certifications.
