Drive strategic execution for an AI Neobank expansion across products, markets, and teams. Build and manage operating rhythm (OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, accountability), coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations, and prepare board/leadership materials and execution plans. Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early, support leadership trade-offs, and own senior special projects requiring cross-functional authority.
