Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability
  • •Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations
  • •Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and help leadership make sharper trade-offs; own senior special projects

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams as a strong operator
  • •Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through
  • •Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited guidance; execute from high-level strategy to detailed execution
  • •Strong writing plus business analysis and problem-solving skills; experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is an advantage
