Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead enterprise marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, and organizational values, acting as chief architect and guardian of the brand across channels, platforms, and markets.
•Oversee internal and external communications strategy, media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management, providing senior-level counsel to the CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors.
•Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, and social media to ensure a compliant, impactful online presence and compelling storytelling that reinforces the brand.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team, establishing performance expectations and succession plans.
•Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets and present strategies and results to executive leadership and Board-level audiences, collaborating with compliance, legal, and risk teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
•12+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or brand management, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
•Experience advising senior executives and Boards on brand, communications, and reputational matters.
•Proven track record managing large, integrated teams and external agency partners.
•Executive-level strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
