  • •8+ years of project management experience in construction, fit-out, or real estate development environments.
  • •Proven end-to-end delivery from feasibility and planning through commissioning and handover.
  • •Working knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent), contractor management, and variation/claims handling.
  • •Fluency in English required (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
