  • •Design the research orchestration layer — what to explore, how to evaluate it, what to remember — and train the models that power it.
  • •Develop and optimize backtesting and evaluation frameworks with regime-aware assessment.
  • •Build and expand knowledge systems that compound across thousands of sessions.
  • •Collaborate with a tight-knit team to translate hypotheses into scalable infrastructure.
  • •Contribute to founding engineering efforts and equity-bearing incentives.
