Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage one Pandora point of sale in A Coruña, leading the sales area and the store team.
  • •Ensure all Pandora standards for product presentation and provide excellent customer service.
  • •Set individual store goals, control budgets, and organize team schedules based on productivity objectives.
  • •Analyze store performance using KPIs to improve results; implement commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
  • •Train and develop the team, manage stock and orders, and motivate employees toward shared objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in retail, ideally premium brands, with at least 1-3 years as a Shop Manager in a similar store format.
