Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Plant's Focal Point & Shield, interfacing between Airbus and the supplier and ensuring the urgent implementation of containment actions and quality gates to protect the assembly lines and prevent any impact on the Airbus plant.
  • •Lead the Conformance Strategy by developing, implementing, and overseeing inspection plans and strategies for the REVAMP project to ensure adherence to internal standards.
  • •Analyze data and risks by monitoring supplier quality KPIs, identifying trends or potential risks, and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with SCQM and production teams to safeguard the plant and production lines.
  • •Ensure safety, conformance and reliability across all operations from day one.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in quality conformance and supplier quality management for complex production programs.
  • •Ability to develop and implement containment actions, quality gates, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong data analysis skills to monitor supplier quality KPIs and identify trends and risks.
  • •Experience acting as focal point between manufacturing and suppliers to protect production lines.
  • •Professional experience in aerospace or high-safety manufacturing environment is preferred.
