Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project planning, execution, and tracking across business and enhancement initiatives, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to track progress and maintain project momentum, including preparing status updates and governance materials.
  • •Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks such as meeting summaries, documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation.
  • •Assist with data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and improvement opportunities; help create dashboards and trackers.
  • •Support partner launch and implementation activities, including readiness checks, timeline coordination, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong interest in project management, business operations, digital transformation, and AI technologies.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
