Key Responsibilities

  • •Extend Circle’s in-house blockchain systems infrastructure to support tokenization by analyzing requirements and modifying systems to improve reliability and performance.
  • •Build and own scalable microservices that provide reliable and secure APIs transferring value and assets across blockchain protocols and traditional banking protocols.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design, test, and shape features, including developing and documenting system design procedures, testing procedures, and quality standards.
  • •Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning and ensure continuous delivery with strong test coverage and coding standards.
  • •Build publicly accessible APIs for developers to integrate complex payment systems, integrate Platform Services with banks and fintechs, and consult management on system principles.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of professional software development experience using object-oriented languages such as Go.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (or equivalent).
  • •Experience with Go and Go web frameworks like Gin and Fasthttps, plus Go tooling such as go mod and go lint.
  • •Strong understanding of API design and REST principles, including deriving and communicating good designs.
  • •Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and SQL database schema design.
