Lead end-to-end cloud solution design and implementation integrating Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX modules. Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end cloud solutions integrating Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX modules.
•Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Field Service implementations from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support.
•Configure complex OFS components such as capacity management, routing configurations, collaboration, and mobility apps.
•Architect integrations between Oracle CX/OFS and external ERP/CRM/legacy systems using OIC or REST/SOAP APIs.
•Optimize automated routing algorithms and enforce best practices for data migration, security configurations, and environment management.

Key Requirements

•8–15 years of Oracle CRM/CX and Field Service experience.
•Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Field Service (OFS).
•Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Field Service with Oracle CX (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud) and mapping business processes to CX standards.
•Experience architecting robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs with external ERP/CRM/legacy systems.
•Experience developing OFS custom plug-ins using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and leading multiple end-to-end OFS implementations in a lead/architect role.
