Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe workplace by translating and implementing CRH SCB safety and wellbeing policy and meeting predefined safety objectives.
  • •Direct team leaders and technical employees; motivate, supervise, and evaluate them.
  • •Optimize production planning and lead production processes for execution deadlines, efficiency, quality, and technology.
  • •Develop and propose investment plans (3–5 years) and short-term investments to the executive committee; establish and control the production budget.
  • •Preside production and cross-functional meetings (purchasing, maintenance), oversee trainings/toolbox meetings, and ensure QSE compliance including accident/incident analysis and environmental/energy improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree engineer or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience as a manager in a production environment, preferably as Plant Manager, Site Manager, or final operations leader.
  • •Experience working with social partners.
  • •Knowledge of prefabrication is an advantage.
  • •Fluency in Dutch (or French) and knowledge of French (or Dutch) and English.
