Deliver exceptional service to shoppers daily by educating consumers on products, promotions, and events using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. model. Support store goals through retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Assist across departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management while collaborating with Store Management and following asset protection procedures.
