Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore, win, and execute structured finance solutions including export finance, project finance, syndicated loans, bonds, and advisory
  • •Collaborate with regional product teams to win and close deals and build deal pipelines to meet annual targets
  • •Lead structured deals end-to-end, coordinating internal/external stakeholders, legal counsel, and regulators
  • •Maintain relationships and provide client service to borrower groups during facility tenure
  • •Support Wholesale Banking teams with onshore-offshore economic trend and industry opportunity identification; drive growth in assigned public sector relationships

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university
  • •Experience in structured finance, syndicated financing, and project financing transactions
  • •Sound knowledge of investment banking and debt capital market products
  • •Knowledge of local regulations and exposure to corporate banking industry
  • •Knowledge and experience in relation to corporate bonds is preferred
