Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and execute a 3-year technology roadmap with the VP of Engineering.
  • •Oversee Commercial platform engineering functions (NPI, VAVE, certification, sustaining) to meet objectives and ensure appropriate skillsets.
  • •Recruit, select, develop, train, coach, appraise, and motivate Commercial Engineering teams.
  • •Partner with Global Product Line Managers to drive project execution, milestones, and engineering deliverables.
  • •Coordinate R&D work across global locations and manage R&D expenses and capital spending for GEIS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of engineering work experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Knowledge of current engineering techniques, practices, and engineering standards.
