Key Responsibilities

•Act as the day-to-day technical expert for igaming, sportsbook, fantasy sports, and predictions opportunities, partnering with Account Executive Directors as the primary pre-sales Solution Consultant.
•Lead prospect discovery to understand business models, risk posture, regulatory constraints (KYC, geolocation, age verification, AML), and onboarding/transaction flows, then translate into tailored Socure solution architectures.
•Design end-to-end identity and fraud workflows across Socure products, including API integration patterns, decisioning logic, rules, and data orchestration for gaming-specific use cases.
•Collaborate with Data Science to scope and execute POCs and backtests, define success metrics and evaluation methodology, and present recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
•Support business development by delivering demos, contributing to RFPs/RFIs, and helping build SOWs and pricing scenarios; ensure smooth pre-to post-sales handoffs and document solution assumptions and risks.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience with 4+ years in a client-facing technical role (solution consulting, sales engineering, professional services, or technical pre-sales) within enterprise SaaS, data products, or risk/identity platforms.
•Experience in online gaming, sportsbook, fantasy sports, or adjacent regulated digital wagering/payments environments, including exposure to onboarding, age/identity verification, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, or fraud/risk workflows.
•Track record leading end-to-end pre-sales engagements: discovery, solution design, demo strategy, POC/backtest design, success metrics definition, and technical close support.
•Strong technical depth across SaaS and data architectures, including RESTful APIs, event-driven or batch integrations, rules/decision engines, analytics, and familiarity with ML/DS-adjacent technologies.
•Ability to communicate complex statistical and technical concepts (e.g., ROC/AUC, threshold optimization, swap sets) into business-oriented recommendations for technical, risk, product, and executive stakeholders.
