Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product teams to define controls and interpret regulation to ensure Wise Platform products globally have the right financial crime controls.
•Keep an eye on emerging typologies and regulatory requirements for the US and Canada and implement changes as necessary with 2LOD support.
•Understand Wise FinCrime controls and work with both the Wise Platform team and Global FinCrime product teams to make necessary changes.
•Communicate with partners about our compliance program and expectations, and incorporate feedback into internal processes.
•Identify challenges to regulatory permissions and work to unlock growth through new licenses as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,000 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

•You have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a particular focus on correspondent banking and/or Banking as A Service (BaAS) program.
