Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product teams to define controls and interpret regulation to ensure Wise Platform products globally have the right financial crime controls.
  • •Keep an eye on emerging typologies and regulatory requirements for the US and Canada and implement changes as necessary with 2LOD support.
  • •Understand Wise FinCrime controls and work with both the Wise Platform team and Global FinCrime product teams to make necessary changes.
  • •Communicate with partners about our compliance program and expectations, and incorporate feedback into internal processes.
  • •Identify challenges to regulatory permissions and work to unlock growth through new licenses as required.

Salary: USD 134,000 - 198,000 annually

  • •You have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a particular focus on correspondent banking and/or Banking as A Service (BaAS) program.
