Key Responsibilities

•Establish EHS strategies/goals, plan and conduct meetings, identify EHS issues, and manage EHS records.
•Assist to prevent EHS risks through the establishment/operation of EHS systems and continuous monitoring.
•Support to establish training plans for each field and provide theoretical/experience training to improve capability of EHS managers.
•Support to check and improve compliance of affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors with EHS regulations by conducting regular audits.
•May mentor or coach team members.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS planning or related field.
•Experience establishing EHS strategies/goals and managing EHS records.
•Experience operating/maintaining an EHS management system with ongoing monitoring.
•Ability to develop and deliver training plans to improve EHS capabilities.
