Job Summary

Shape HR strategies as part of the People & Culture team, supporting HR Business Partners with employee relations, performance management guidance, and employee investigations. Lead execution of HR programs like talent assessments, career pathing, and organizational design, while developing and maintaining HR policies with legal compliance. Also help deliver an exceptional Sydney office experience, supporting workplace programs, internal communications, and office operations and events.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the HRBP team with department goals, objectives, and systems aligned to People & Culture and company strategy.
•Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
•Manage employee relations matters, including PIPs, and conduct objective investigations in partnership with HRBPs.
•Drive HR/COE programs such as talent assessments, career pathing, and organizational design; ensure HR policy development and legal compliance.
•Create a welcoming Sydney office experience—support office/workplace programs, coordinate office events, and assist with desk setups, moves, access audits, and maintenance/IT coordination.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of multiple HR areas including compensation, employee relations, talent management, and recruiting with an emphasis on Australian employment law.
•At least 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the technology industry or a high-growth company.
•Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to spot employment risk issues.
•Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office products.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and customer service ability.
