Job Summary

Support Ticketmaster clients in managing end-to-end event programming needs for music, festivals, sports, theatre, and musicals. Build and update events in Ticketmaster ticketing systems with strict quality assurance, input and verify accurate data, resolve event errors, and provide first-level support for manageable technical issues. Configure events for TM1 satellite products, bridge ISM requests to ISM Hub, track work in Salesforce, and help train clients using Tm1 self-service tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Program and build events accurately in line with best practices and standard operating procedures for local and international promoters.
•Input and verify event data in Ticketmaster ticketing systems, identify and resolve event-related errors.
•Configure events to enable satellite products such as TM1 Access, TM1 Flex, and TM1 Amplify.
•Perform QA event configurations and follow strict QA processes to ensure flawless event setup for clients and fans.
•Track daily tasks in Salesforce, handle promoter requests, and provide first-level support for manageable client issues or technical errors.

Key Requirements

•Service-oriented working with accuracy, structure, and organization to deliver consistent quality service.
•Ability to communicate effectively with clients from the local market and regional markets; English is a plus.
•Follow standard operational procedures rigorously with strong attention to detail.
•Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills and knowledge of the Microsoft product suite.
•H.S. diploma or equivalent required.
